Staying in Despotiko was a fantastic experience. The room with a balcony on the second floor of an old renovated building was beautiful, spacious, and updated, featuring a big fluffy bed and all the necessary amenities. The service was exceptional, offering various conveniences like room service, housekeeping, and a shuttle service. The location in Portaria, high in the hills overlooking Volos, was splendid, providing a beautiful mountain village setting with easy access to local attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory but could be enhanced by adding more homemade specialties. Overall, it was a delightful stay with great value for money.
